Spiced 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist — Belgradejouza
Spiced in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Spiced 30 ml shortfill here
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on spiced: 15 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
We run spiced the same way in Belgrade: same 30 ml shortfill, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested spiced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.59 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
