Spiced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Spiced in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A spiced refill pack from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.74 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: spiced in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at spiced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.74 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.74 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
