Spiced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradejouza
Spiced in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a refill pack for spiced
Spiced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: spiced in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested spiced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is spiced legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.54 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
