Sweet cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What sweet costs in Belgrade
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.37 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at sweet in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A sweet cartomizer from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
How long does sweet in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.37 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
