Sweet cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with sweet in Belgrade
We run sweet the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at sweet in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sweet in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Sweet in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.59 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Sweet | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | cartomizer | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.59 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is sweet legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
