Sweet pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.85 per 10 ml.
Sweet pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Belgrade
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for sweet in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
