Sweet starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at sweet in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sweet in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.53 per 10 ml.
How we tested sweet in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
