Tobacco pod kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tobacco in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pod kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on tobacco: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.05 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Tobacco | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pod kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.05 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is tobacco legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
