Tobacco RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
If you are looking at tobacco in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.0 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Belgrade
A tobacco RDA from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for tobacco in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.0 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is tobacco legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
