Tobacco RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A tobacco RDA from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.31 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Is tobacco legal to sell in Serbia?

Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
