Tobacco starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What tobacco costs in Belgrade
Tobacco in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Tobacco starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tobacco in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.21 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
