Tobacco in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Belgrade
Tobacco vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A tobacco vape pen from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.1 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.1 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.1 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How long does tobacco in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
