Tropical starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist — Belgradejouza
Tropical in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Tropical starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: tropical in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical starter kit really costs in Belgrade
We run tropical the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.13 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.13 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
