Vanilla mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.96 per 10 ml.
Vanilla mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: vanilla in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested vanilla in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.96 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
