Vanilla mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What vanilla costs in Belgrade
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.97 per 10 ml.
Vanilla in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
A vanilla mesh tank from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.97 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.97 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does vanilla in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
