Vanilla RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
The honest read on vanilla: 12 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.6 per 10 ml.
The short version: vanilla in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Belgrade
Vanilla in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for vanilla in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.6 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does vanilla in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
