Vanilla RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with vanilla in Belgrade
The honest read on vanilla: 10 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A vanilla RDA from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: vanilla in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Belgrade
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.86 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.86 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.86 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
