Vanilla refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Vanilla refill pack here
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at vanilla in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: vanilla in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Vanilla in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.71 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Vanilla | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | refill pack | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 17 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD43 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.71 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.71 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
