Caramel pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Caramel pen device here
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
