Cherry cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Cherry in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
Cherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.39 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Cherry cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cherry in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.39 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.39 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
