Cream mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Cream mesh tank here
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cream in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested cream in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does cream in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.29 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
