Cream refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cream in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on cream: 23 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.37 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Cream | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | refill pack | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.37 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does cream in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
