Cream starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at cream in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cream in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.05 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is cream legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
