Dessert 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist — Belgradejouza
Dessert in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on dessert: 21 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Dessert in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.6 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.6 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
