Dessert cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What dessert costs in Belgrade
A dessert cartomizer from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on dessert: 16 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.5 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.5 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.5 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
