Dessert starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with dessert in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A dessert starter kit from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.08 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
