Graphite cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.57 per 10 ml.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.57 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Is graphite legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does graphite in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.57 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
