Graphite RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Graphite in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
If you are looking at graphite in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Graphite in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Belgrade
Graphite in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.85 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does graphite in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
