Iced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What iced costs in Belgrade
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.95 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.95 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
