Licorice pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What licorice costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run licorice the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pen device really costs in Belgrade
Licorice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is licorice legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
