Licorice zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradejouza
Licorice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
A licorice zero-nicotine bottle from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How long does licorice in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
