Lime pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Lime in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lime habit
A lime pen device from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.42 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime pen device really costs in Belgrade
Lime in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lime in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is lime legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.42 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
