Melon refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Melon in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Melon is allowed to say
We run melon the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Melon in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: melon in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested melon in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where melon goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.33 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
