Mint pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Mint pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint pen device really costs in Belgrade
Mint in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Belgrade survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
