The short version: pear in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Pear in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested pear in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Format | e-liquid bundle | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD40 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.03 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
