Plum cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a cartomizer for plum
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.11 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.11 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.11 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
