Plum in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.97 per 10 ml.
A plum pen device from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.97 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pen device really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
