Salted starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
We run salted the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD38 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
