Sourcherry cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist — Belgradejouza
Sourcherry in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
The honest read on sourcherry: 20 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sourcherry in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Sourcherry in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.28 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
How long does sourcherry in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
