Vanilla refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
We run vanilla the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: vanilla in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.55 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.55 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | RSD47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.55 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
